Prices for glasses and all other offerings available on PSEYECARE are net; shipping and taxes are shown at checkout.

Prices are subject to change. It is possible, despite our best efforts, that a product could be incorrectly priced. You will be responsible for paying any sales taxes that apply to products you order from the store.

You can create an count in two ways; from the homepage or after you have proceeded to check out. Once registered, you will only need to enter your e-mail address and password to order again. Follow these steps:

On homepage, select "Create account" on the top-right corner.

You will be asked to enter your first and last name, your e-mail address and password.

Click  "Create"

You can then add your address details,

Click on "View Addresses" and then click on "Add a new address",

Please complete and follow instructions.

Accordingly, having registered successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the log-in page and enter your e-mail address.

If you place an order on our online store over the weekend, then your item/items will be shipped out on the first business day. For example: if you order on Saturday or Sunday then your order will be packaged and shipped out on Monday.

We work to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please e-mail us and we will do our best to cancel your order. If you order has been already shipped, please see our return policy for further instructions. 

Please return the item within 15 days after it has been delivered, and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item if it is in its original condition. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective goods. 

To cancel, email your email receipt to and return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them.

We ask for a photo of the damaged goods, as you found it in the package, and we will gladly send a replacement, free of charge. Please send an e-mail with your receipt attached to:

Yes, this website is mobile-friendly. You can shop and check the status of your orders from your mobile. We do not have a separate app at the moment.
